Recently renovated, and to a high standard, Villa Trobol has everything you could want on your holiday. It sleeps ten across five bedrooms – two of the bedrooms are best for children as they have pull out beds. So if you’re a large family or two families travelling together, it’ll be perfect. The villa is all on one level, centered around the large open plan living and dining room – with large sliding glass double doors that open out onto the garden and swimming pool.
The three main bedrooms all have double beds, wall-mounted satellite televisions and air conditioning – as with the rest of the villa they’re decorated in a simple, clean and modern style. The two children’s bedrooms have single beds with pull out singles, or a fold away bed – offering you all the flexibility you’ll need.
The kitchen is modern, with fully-fitted units and all appliances you’ll want, including a coffee machine. Take your morning coffee out to the covered terrace by the swimming pool, just the place to plan your day – will it be a trip to one of the nearby sandy beaches, a visit to the local market, or a day pottering by the pool?
Outside, there’s also a garden with grass, mature trees and a gravelled area – plenty of space for little ones to run around in. There’s also a super swimming pool set into the terrace – the pool can be screened off, so you can sit back and relax on the outdoor sofas without worrying about toddlers on the loose near water. There’s a barbecue and outdoor dining table and chairs on a covered terrace; there’s no better place to enjoy local ingredients and some al fresco dining
In Calpe there is the lovely town beach of Playa Arenal, more than one kilometre of fine golden sands and clear waters, its facilities have earned it a blue flag. Calpe is most famous for its spectacular 600m high granite rock on the coastline, Penon de I Fach. A walk around the old town with its narrow streets and pavement cafes is also a must for any visitor to the area. There are good public transport links from Calpe for those with a sense of independence whilst others may prefer to hire a car to explore some of the more traditional inland villages or less discovered beaches of this interesting and beautiful part of the Costa Blanca.
