The villa offers breath-taking panoramic views from all bedrooms, living areas, and around the large pool. It also enjoys a spectacular indoor pool and spa complex. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with many tropical plants, palm trees, fruit trees, hanging plants and colourful flower beds.

Entering the villa through the stunning 6 meter high Andalusian entrance arch, you immediately realise you are in a very special property. The 14 meter living room which you walk into next is the centrepiece of the villa, it is both light and airy, with a stunning 6 meter high vaulted ceiling, and with full-width glass sliding doors that open onto a terrace giving you far-reaching views over the mountains. It is truly a spectacular room.

The ultra-modern kitchen is both large and spacious. Complete with all the latest kitchen equipment, a large central cooking island with seating around, and finished off with 6 cm deep polished granite tops throughout. There are two dining areas; one formal inside dining area which leads onto a large terrace which is ideal for both pre and post dinner drinks, and one informal covered outside dining area next to the outside pool and perfect for summer BBQ’s. In fact the large stainless steel gas BBQ is located close by, perfect for relaxed dining.

Indoor spa complex

The indoor spa complex, ideal for both winter or summer use, includes a large indoor heated swimming pool complete with the latest hydra-jet water propulsion system which allows you to swim against a constant water stream. It contains a 6/8 person sauna and full bar area with both bar and lounge seating plus satellite TV. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor 8-person hot tub, plus the latest gym equipment you can use whilst soaking up the views. A truly magnificent villa built and furnished to exceptionally high standards.

Bedrooms

All villa bedrooms are large and luxurious, fully equipped with both air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans. They have solid-wooden furniture, and are sympathetically decorated with pictures and ornaments by internationally renowned designers Hamilton Interiors.

All 5 bedrooms in the main villa have dressing tables, and comfortable seating. All of the bedrooms also enjoy a private balcony/terrace or direct garden access through opening double-doors. All the beds have luxury memory-foam mattresses, plus we use the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury quilts and pillows. A wonderful nights sleep is assured!

The master bedroom suite enjoys a feature high vaulted ceiling, private terrace, dressing area and an exquisite stone and marble finished en-suite bathroom. All the suites/bedrooms have similar en-suite bathrooms which are all finished to the same luxury standards.

Three bedrooms suites also have separate sofa and armchairs, whilst the others have separate armchairs and tables. These allow you to work or dine in the privacy of your own room. All five bedrooms have 32″ LED HD TV’s with 140 satellite channels.

The independent luxury 2-bedroom apartment, has a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, plus living area and private terrace. This can sleep 6 persons, utilising the two bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the apartment’s living room. The  living room has also a 32″ LED HD TV with 140 satellite channels.

Bathrooms

All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, except in the apartment where the private bathroom is shared. Each bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and finished with the finest Italian marble, chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury bath and hand towels. Three bathrooms have both large showers, containing both an overhead rain shower as well as a wall shower. They also have sunken double-ended baths for a long relaxing soak. Four bathrooms have large walk-in showers, with both rain and wall showers. There are also two separate guest toilets, plus a further bathroom within the indoor heated pool and spa area.
