If you’re after a Villa with impressive mountain views then Villa Ramona could be what you’re looking for? Situated between the Colonya Valley and the Tramuntana Mountains, this property really is breath taking, with scenic views of the mountain range and surrounded by centuries-old Olive Groves.
Recently carefully renovated, the villa now possesses a modern minimalistic style whilst still conserving its traditional features. The exposed stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings are just a reminder of the property’s past, now beautifully contrasted with the grey furniture and white airy rooms.
Outside we find a spacious terrace with a wide selection of garden furniture for you to relax on. There’s padded sun loungers, an exterior day bed and a variety of rattan sofas. Imagine unwinding in the sun, a good book in hand, a glass of homemade sangria on the table beside you and the magnificent mountain views all around you. What could be better? The crystal clear pool with its classical roman steps also looks just as inviting. We loved the alfresco dining facilities at Villa Ramona, with a large outdoor dining table and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a brick-built BBQ, stone basin and fridge freezer. Surrounded by greenery and kissed by the sun, this villa really is a haven.
Can it get any better? Then step inside! Before entering you’ll notice the striking wooden door, carefully crafted and designed to mimic the door of a medieval castle. Once inside you’ll notice that the entrance hall also doubles up as a dining room and seating area with direct access to the terrace. To the right, you’ll find the kitchen/lounge area, open-plan with white country-style cupboard doors, a breakfast bar and a flat screen TV. Back through the entrance, you’ll notice another doorway that leads to the games room, fitted with a large flat screen smart TV, comfortable seating and a football table. To complete the ground floor there’s the first double bedroom with access to a separate bathroom.
On the first floor, we find the remaining five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are twins which share two separate bathrooms, whilst the master double has a private ensuite shower room and a small flat-screen TV. All bedrooms also come with complimentary air conditioning.
