Mobility Statement
This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 84cm wide along with 17 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 89cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the hallway which are 65cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 110cm wide, the grounds are flat/tiled and the pool has roman steps to enter. There is a flight of exterior steps down from the street to the main entrance door, a flight of interior steps down from the kitchen and living/dining area to the bedrooms, and a further set of exterior steps down to the pool area and annex. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 17 steps to the first floor.
