Everything about this home is modern luxe, from the bright, airy white interior that is complemented by the grey furnishings and wooden finishings to the unique statement pieces such as the large lights over the breakfast bar to the artwork in the dining room.

Villa Kali can accommodate twelve guests in the five en-suite bedrooms. In three of the rooms the king-size beds can be turned into twin beds and one of the rooms offers four bunk beds. All of the bedrooms offer air-conditioning, a palette of softly muted colours that ooze understated luxury and stunning tropical views. All of the rooms are adorned with unique, antique artwork and en-suites complete with freestanding bathtubs and spacious showers. This is with the exception of the children’s room, which has a double massive shower for easy, breezy shower times.

There are plenty of spaces in this villa to relax and enjoy some downtime, after all, that is what a holiday is all about. The indoor living and dining room is in the heart of the villa, directly off the Chef’s kitchen. There is a dining table that can seat twelve and the comfortable sofa welcomes guests to take a load off. There is also an entertainment room, which has two large, cosy sofas and plenty of pillows for ultra-comfortable lazing. There are plenty of movies on hand as well as books and board games.

The private pool is sensational, all 40-metres of it. It’s an infinity-style pool, overlooking rice fields and surrounded by lush greenery and, of course, sun loungers for optimal sun enjoyment. The sunken outdoor living and barbecue area offers an alternative spot to relax and dine and is perfect for casual, sunset meals and drinks.
