Sample some of the country’s finest olive oil in historical Vodnjan (8km), take part in the summer festivities in the pretty village of Svetvinčenat (9km), see the impressive Roman amphitheatre in Pula (20km) or head north to idyllic Rovinj (32km) with its old town perched above the sea. There are pebble beaches with calm crystal clear waters just 15km from your villa or take a boat trip to the nearby islands of Brijuni with the most intensely stunning beaches.
