Casa Bayo is a modern villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of room for six people. There are wooden floors throughout giving an airy and comfortable feel. The villa is all on one level, with the main living accommodation largely open plan.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has sleek pale wood units and all the appliances you could need. The hob is set into a generous island unit, which also houses the breakfast bar and stools – just the place to plan your day ahead, be it venturing out to the local beaches or just pottering by your private swimming pool.

There’s a large dining table and chairs, with a large, landscape window – giving views to the garden and pool outside. Over in the lounge area is a comfy sofa and armchair, satellite television and a wood burning stove with feature tiles above.

The sleeping accommodation comprises one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms – all with air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, both with showers.

Outside in the garden, you’ll find a private swimming pool with outdoor shower along with sun loungers and parasols. The gardens are a great place to relax – there’s lawns, and mature fruit trees offering some welcome shade in the heat of the day. Just off the main dining area inside, doors lead out to the lovely covered terrace which overlooks the garden – there’s a dining table and chairs here and a barbecue, a great place for al fresco dining.

Casa Bayo is perfectly situated in a quiet spot but only 6km from bustling Alcudia – where you’ll find a great range of shops, restaurants, bars and a market. There are sandy beaches a short drive away, as is a golf course and aqua park; so, depending what you’re after, relaxing by the pool or something a bit more energetic, there is something for everyone in the family.
