The lovely Villa Pandora stands in a large private garden, surrounded by a high wall and gates to give total privacy, but less than 1km above the main coastal road at Ligia and just a ten minute drive into Lefkas Town. Formerly the family house of a local hotelier, Pandora has undergone many updates to become an ideal holiday villa for a large family or group of friends.

The views are breath taking…from the pool and garden area, the outdoor kitchen and all the balconies and terraces on the upper floors – looking over the channel between Lefkas and the Greek mainland – easy to while away hours just watching the comings and goings of the boats.

Pandora is very spacious and extremely well equipped but still feels like a “home from home”  – all bedrooms have their own style and décor – it is perfect for extended family as there is so much space – everyone can find a private, quiet corner!

The five bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out over 2 floors,with the main living areas on the upper floor (reached by an outside staircase but also by internal stairs) which opens out onto a large, shaded balcony with gorgeous sea views. The garden level offers a further, cosy, everyday sitting area and alcove ideal for card games, as well as a second fully equipped kitchen – that is in addition to the outdoor kitchen and bbq!

But best of all is the newly added pool area, the infinity pool appearing to be one with the sea below, and offering a gorgeous decked sunbathing area and outdoor shower with the lawned garden overflowing with colourful shrubs and flowers as a backdrop.

All this and you can walk down the hill to the shops and nearby restaurants with the small beach at Ligia just a few minutes further on…but do remember the last part back to the villa is a steep uphill climb!
